The Introduction of Lysozyme in Anyzyme


In 1921, Alexander Fleming discovered Lysozyme, an antibacterial enzyme that occurs naturally in tissues and secretions: mucus, tears, milk, and egg-white.

Lysozyme has a lot of  positively charged amino acids with an apparent  molecular weight of  14 .5 kDa and four disulfide bonds.

Lysozyme is widely used in food industry, livestock farming, and medical field as a replacement of antibiotics
